Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Designer. The role involves conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating engaging user experiences, and crafting visually appealing designs. The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and deliver user-centered solutions for innovative digital products.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting user research to identify needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Applying design thinking methodologies to create user-centered solutions
- Designing aesthetically compelling, functional, and user-friendly interfaces
- Prototyping interactive designs and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging user experiences across platforms
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in conducting in-depth user research and applying insights to design effective, human-centered solutions
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, usability testing, and wireframing to enhance usability and functionality across digital products
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, allowing you to collaborate effectively with developers
- Visual design skill in creating aesthetically appealing designs while maintaining a focus on usability and accessibility
- Proficient in building interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to ensure cohesive, user-focused solutions
- Ability to articulate design concepts, rationale, and user research findings to diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in recruitment tech, SaaS, or service-based industries
- Prior exposure to user experience (UX) design and/or A/B testing
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)
- Experience working closely with remote or distributed teams
- Proven ability to manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timelines
