Description
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with marketing and leadership to convert qualified leads into long-term customers while clearly communicating the value of CandidateSide's services.
What you'll be doing
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
- Engage with potential clients via calls, video meetings, and email to understand their hiring needs
- Present and explain CandidateSide's services clearly, addressing client pain points and objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling services, recruitment solutions, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Experience working with inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Understanding of hiring, recruitment, or HR-related challenges
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
